Former President of Nigeria, Muhammdu Buhari is de@d.

His former aide, Bashir Ahmad, announced the passing of the former president on X.

”INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHIR RAJI’UN.

The family of the former president has announced the passing on of the former president, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, this afternoon in a clinic in London.

May Allah accept him in Aljannatul Firdaus, Amin.” Bashir wrote

Former president Buhari was 82 years old. He is survived by his wife, Aisha and children. Buhari came into office in 2015 and left in 2023 when he handed over to President Tinubu.

May his soul rest in peace.
