Lulu Hassan has put Rashid Abdalla on blast in the most delightful way, leaking a behind-the-scenes clip of her husband and co-host lurking in the corridors of Citizen TV studios to secretly follow Arsenal’s Premier League clash on Saturday, September 19.
The video, filmed from an over-the-shoulder perspective through a doorway into the broadcast set, shows Rashid peeking at the game near camera equipment and a green screen backdrop, well away from the main studio floor.

The candid, documentary-style footage had the air of a man hoping nobody would notice.
His nerves turned out to be well-founded.
Brighton produced a stunning performance at the American Express Stadium, dismantling Arsenal 3-0 in a result that ended the Gunners’ perfect start to the domestic season.
Back in the studio, Lulu could not resist calling her best friend out.
She reminded viewers that Rashid had previously insisted they should concentrate on the Kenyan league rather than following matches abroad, then produced the clip as evidence of his hypocrisy.
“About today’s game, you said we should
focus on the Kenyan league; we don’t look at the games abroad. I don’t know what you were doing there,” Lulu told him on air.
When Rashid asked, “Where?”, she played the video for him.
He reportedly looked reluctant to watch his club’s performance unfold.
“He was unable to watch his team. I was told you guys have been too loud recently,” Lulu added, a clear dig at Arsenal fans who had been confident ahead of the match.
She later shared the clip on Instagram with the caption:
“Don’t tag him, but this is how my best friend watched this game. He almost skipped reading the news.”
