A mother identified as Princess Rachael has moved thousands of people online after sharing the moment her eldest daughter walked into a hospital room and discovered she had not one, but four new baby sisters.
The girl had no idea her mother was even pregnant. Rachael had told her she was heading out to a party, so the hospital visit came as a complete shock.
The video, posted on Instagram on Friday, September 19, 2026, captures the daughter completely overcome with emotion, unable to hold back her tears the moment she saw the newborns.
The road to that moment was not easy. In March 2025, Rachael gave birth to twins who did not survive.

For her eldest daughter, the loss cut deeply.
The girl had long wished for siblings, and losing two of them before she ever got to know them left her emotionally broken. She had resigned herself to growing up as an only child.
The pain was made worse by the behaviour of a friend who reportedly mocked her, telling her to go and get her own sisters.
Rachael’s promise to eldest daughter
Rather than let her daughter wallow in that hurt, Rachael made her a promise: with faith and determination, siblings would come.
“I told her not to worry, that with God’s power and mummy’s strength she will have her own siblings,” Rachael wrote in her post.
Rachael credits her daughter’s longing as part of what gave her the strength to try again.

She also acknowledges the role of medical support alongside her own faith in making the pregnancy possible.
The result was extraordinary. In July 2026, she gave birth to quadruplets, all girls.
In her own words, “She lost two last year March, God gave her four this year July.”
Rachael’s moving message to eldest daughter
Rachael addressed her eldest daughter directly in the post, calling her a “womb opener” and promising her continued love.
“Mummy will keep loving you my Ada,” she wrote, using the Igbo term of endearment for a first daughter.
The moment of the girl seeing her sisters for the first time has resonated widely, not just as a story of new life, but as one of resilience after profound loss, and of a mother who refused to let grief have the final word.
