Two of Kenya’s most recognisable internet personalities, Dem wa Facebook and Risper Faith, have sparked a conversation online after opening up about their childbirth choices in a candid video making rounds on social media.
In a clip reshared by Nairobi Gossip Club, the two women sat down for what turned into a hilarious and surprisingly personal exchange about how they chose to bring their children into the world.
Why Dem wa Facebook and Risper Faith chose CS
Dem wa Facebook disclosed that, much like Risper Faith, she opted for a Caesarean section when delivering her twins.
The revelation came naturally during the conversation, with both women sharing laughs as they recalled the moments surrounding their decisions.
At one point, Risper turned to those around her and asked one of her other friends whether they had gone through normal deliveries.
When she confirmed that she had delivered normally, Risper’s reaction was priceless; she was left with a string of questions, clearly amused and a little bewildered by the idea.
The light-hearted tone of the video, filled with animated gestures and genuine laughter, made it easy to see why it caught the attention of Kenyan social media users.
According to Risper, the only reason she chose the CS method was that she did not want to tamper with her bedroom activities and adjust her private organ.

Not everyone found the exchange purely entertaining. Some viewers took the opportunity to weigh in with their own takes, including a few biology lessons.

Where did Risper Faith give birth?
Risper announced the birth of her baby girl in the United States, sharing a heartfelt video montage capturing moments from labour and recovery to her cosy nursery.
She revealed her newborn daughter’s name as Americana, describing her as the family’s “greatest blessing” and “answered prayer.”
Her announcement also sparked online conversation after she discussed the high medical expenses of delivering a child abroad without local health insurance.
