In Baringo, Felix Kibet, a resident, expressed satisfaction with the Cabinet dissolution, citing numerous scandals and unemployment among youth. He emphasized the need for new, competent technocrats committed to national development.
Mark Korir viewed the Cabinet dissolution as a serious step forward, hoping it signifies a shift towards serving all Kenyans, not just the wealthy.
Tony Kosgei welcomed the move but stressed the importance of appointing capable individuals who can bring about meaningful change, particularly beneficial to the youth.
Mary Kemboi, a local market vendor, voiced concerns about the impact of government initiatives like the Hustler Fund, urging for tangible improvements that directly benefit ordinary citizens. She emphasized the importance of leaders who are accessible and responsive to community needs.
