1. Pieter-Steph du Toit’s humble wine farm roots
Before earning his reputation as one of rugby’s most feared loose forwards, Springbok star Pieter-Steph du Toit grew up working on his family’s Kloovenburg Wine and Olive Estate in South Africa’s Western Cape.
The estate has been in the family since 1956 and has grown into a well-regarded wine and olive destination.
One of its most beloved wine labels, Eight Feet, carries a charming backstory: it was named after Pieter-Steph and his three brothers, who once helped their father crush grapes the old-fashioned way, barefoot.

3. How much did Muhoozi pay in fees?
General Muhoozi Kainerugaba was in a celebratory mood after announcing that his daughter Kenshuro had graduated from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom, marking the milestone alongside his wife Mama Charlotte.
The achievement also shed light on just how costly elite overseas education can be. International undergraduate tuition fees at the University of Bath for the 2026/27 academic year range from approximately KSh 4.4 million to KSh 5.5 million per year.
4. Oburu Odinga’s Kitisuru home
